Posh Spice...I hate you...I love you...I hate you...
I've been having some issues with trust lately. None of this has anything to do with my love for Posh Spice.
When you think about, the entire existence human kind is based on trust...you start off with an innocent trust of your family...it's ingrained in you that they're not going to kill you or put you in harm's way (in theory)..and then, you begin growing up with a trust of older people in general...which, if we're going to maintain the negativity, is usually shattered by some mishap...but still...there something in us that keeps going on...Believing that our fellow humans will protect us physically and emotionally. But why? Why do we keep trusting? I figure if we didn't, we'd all slaughter each other whenever we had the chance
When I cross the street everyday, I'm trusting that the person in the other car is not drunk or insane enough to smack into me just for the hell of it. When I eat at restaurants, I'm trusting that the person preparing my food doesn't have it in for me, or anyone in general, enough to poison the food.
Life is a constant unconscious thought of trust in human kind.
It's an even more fun thought when you realize your a cog in the whole realm of natural trust... when you finally realize that you're the one that's being trusted with all sorts of things all the time...and that you've had this trust all along and this is where you find yourself.
I don't know how I got on this topic, but I think about it often. I, personally, like to think that all people are good deep down...and therefore I tend to trust people with out question. I think that has gotten me into some trouble while, at the same time, it has led me to very cool encounters.
Yeah.
On a less deep note, I've had a pretty normal existence for the past couple of days. Working. Socializing. Looking for a roommate. Getting funky.
I'm ready to travel again...alas, time and money doesn't allow it...so I've decided that a one day road trip to Houston to pick up a bed will have to suffice...wooooowhooo!! Houston...get myself some pants! Sorry...bad Beck reference.
I'm also planning a camping trip for the beginning of November...in my head so far, I have two of us going. Any other takers? Come on...I know you want to spend a couple of cold nights in a tent with a case of beer...who needs a toilet, really?...I'll cook for you and everything! Arrrr...mountain lions and rabid raccoons...arrrrr.

Hey wait a minute...the bartender called me last night...ok. I don't know what to think anymore...in fact, I don't want to think anymore. But, all I can say is...we'll see...wow. Kinda sounds like the rest of my life.
I'd rather deal with the other bullshit...like getting ready for a new person to move into my house and living off of working 20 hours a week. Oh...and the general "What the fuck am I doing with myself?!?!?" constant thought process.
I do know that after the past two weeks, I need to settle down and stop partying...but the damn temptations are constantly there. You have to hate/love Austin for this. Maybe I should move to Houston...my dad's been bugging me to do this for at least 3 years now. Unfortunately, I hate that place like nobody's business.

Margaritas...margaritas before noon...margaritas.
That's actually a song in my head...if only I were a musician...the world would be pained.
I thought that I'd just have to take a nap in order to get the early alcohol buzz to wear off, but then I joyously realized that I have all the ingredients to make bloody mary's at my house! Woo! And on top of that, the cd sleeve thingies I bought on eBay came in the mail today...so, to sum it all up, I can spend the rest of this rainy day getting more drunk and organizing my out-of-control CD collection...I've found that I have two...that's right, count em'...two John Michael Montgomery CDs. I've always said that I wouldn't get rid of any of my music, no matter how bad I found it to be in the future, but I believe I need to start making exceptions.
And while I'm speaking in real time, I just dropped my bloody mary onto my wood floor...the glass shattered and there is tomato/vodka just about everywhere. It looks like a massacre...To say the least.
I know you are all wishing you were me right now.
That's it...I'm outta here...this is a bigger mess to clean up than one could possibly imagine

I ran right into that wall of sound...it came from nowhere!
I'd like to know if relationships back in the 50's and 60's were really as straight forward as the music of the time led us to believe. I mean, I know it wasn't...In reality...I've seen the VH1 behind the music and ridiculous amounts of divorce that probably has a direct correlation with Phil Spector and his wall of sound.
But, I just get so uptight when I hear that music. It's all about meeting and then immediately marrying and being happy forever ever. If only if were that simple. Ok. Then we'd all be bored...and then that leads to other devious stuff...but IF ONLY!
So...I'm starting to think that I may be being toyed with by the bartender. This all goes back to my doubts about being "aggressive"...as passive as I am normally, even my slight move makes me aggressive. I'm now thinking that declaring my interest has harmed me more than helped me. I feel that she sees me more as this flattering chick that has a crush on her...an opportunity to boost her self-esteem...nothing to be taken seriously.
It's so weird. This is the first time ever that I've put myself in this situation. I feel so vulnerable. Wow...I guess I know what it feels like to be a guy in the dating world now...intense. Fucking uncertainty. Fucking self doubt. Fucking Ronnettes.
I know that I'm probably just over reacting to very minor details of normal human interaction...so I keep telling myself. But, this has seriously been going on for too long...I want my anxiety to pass already...and I've never really been into giving up. I've gone from nearly complete self-confidence into gradual self-depreciation...and I'm not down with that.
Here's my final thought: What do you think, mo' fo'?

As a side note...
I forgot to mention...I have this strange dislike of Phish. I don't know where it came from exactly...I think it was a mixture of high school and college experiences with Phish fans...but, at the ACL fest on Saturday, Phish's frontman Trey Anastasio did a cover of "Oooh Child" by the Five Stairsteps. It somehow morphed my many-a-year impression of Phish into something more accessible...for the first time ever, I actually listened to his music.
It shows how damn close-minded I can be sometimes. It took a cover of an outdated and unrecognized song (that I happen to love, undyingly) for me to recognize the significance of a whole subculture of music. Ok. That's pushing it...I didn't get that far with it, but I did start to consider it...more than I have previously.

It's like a time machine in my head and everyone's invited!
So...I hear that the Star Wars trilogy came out on DVD today. How 'bout that. I also hear that George Lucas thought it would be best to alter up all the movies so they would better fit the stories of the newer prequels. He decided that now that he's powerful enough, he wants the movies to represent his original vision...the way he wanted it all along. Dumbass. I'm not even a mega Star Wars fan, but I mean, come on! That's like Aerosmith going back and redoing "Sweet Emotion" so that the lyrics match that ever-so-clever theme they had going on with Alisha Silverstone and the "Livin' on the Edge-Crazy-Cryin" songs/videos. And on top of that, he's vowed to never release the originals on DVD...ever! He was all like "If you want those, they're available on VHS"...smarmy bastard.
Wouldn't that be cool if Alisha or Liv took the place of Princess Leia though? I mean, not all the time, but if George just kinda slipped one of them in a scene with a gratuitous navel ring shot and all...nobody would even notice.
SO. In the spirit of George Lucas, I've decided to go back to MY past and change a whole lotta crap and make it the way I wanted it to be in the first place...these statements will not be merely words...they will completely override anything that actually happened in my past. Whether you like it or not:
1. The matching polka dot blouse/pant suit I proudly wore in 6th grade...accessorized by a denim fanny pack. In the newly released version of my life, this is not only the hipest newest fashion to be introduced to Creekwood Middle School in 1990, but I was actually contacted by Z. Cavaricci himself in order to make sure this profound fashion statement reached high schools across the nation.
2. That sizeable dent in my car's fender that mysteriously appeared after a small LSD bender? It turns out it really DID come from a wily shopping cart in the Randall's parking lot!
3. All my past boyfriends have been digitally altered to appear as female girlfriends. I've been gay all along. I wouldn't want the story of my life to have any misleading "holes"*
4. When the scene calls for shots of my music collection, the MC Hammer, Shania Twain, and Boston albums will be replaced with Brian Eno, Patti Smith and Badly Drawn Boy CDs.
There. That should take care of it. Look for the director's cut of my life to be released exclusively on DVD in 2008...at which time, the 2004 editions will be taken off shelves and made illegal to produce, play or talk about.
*that's not meant to be dirty. Clean up your mind, sicko.

For three strange days....
Whew. Here it is...2:00 a.m. on Sunday night...post ACL festival 2004. There's not too many details that I can muster up right about now. I walked alot. I'm very very tired. I saw lots of music. I liked it very much. School of Fish were nowhere to be seen...
I have decided, though, that when I'm ready to talk about it, I'm not going to focus on the music...everybody else will be doing that. Instead, I've decided to detail the numerous human interactions that I had and/or witnessed over the past three days. That is...if I remember them by tomorrow or whenever. But, I assure you, there were plenty...and I have a good source to refer to when I'm looking for inspiration.
Otherwise, I feel like I've been out of town for three days. I've actually only been at my house for about 6 hours since Friday...I guess massive amounts of sunlight mixed with dirt, beer/vodka and music will disorient just about anyone. But, it feels good to be back...from being intown...5 miles away from my home.
Here's my brief shout out: Gomez...bring it on. You rock my world. Wilco. You're next in line...but, pick a guitar and go with it, damnit!...oh no, wait. Don't do that...it would kill your awesomeness and your orbit would cease to be turned around.
and of course....MAS LESBIANS! MAS LESBIANS!

Ritalin is easy...
Gah. You would think with all the bullshit writing that I do on here that I would have no problem putting together a resume. But, that's not the case. This is why I'm here right now. Typing to hopefully release some brain power. I think an ice cream cone would do a better job...don't you? Yeah. Gotta love procrastination.
It's amazing how many other creative, useful and fun things I can think of to do with myself as soon as I'm given a task that I wish to avoid. Songs to add to my ever-growing lists of mixed cds...how I'm going to set up my shelves...monthly budgeting...grocery shopping and new meals to make for myself...the list could go on....that cat sure could use a bath right about now....
I've thought about getting my hands on some mind pills in order to tack down my concentration. But, I've done this before and it just makes all these thoughts come faster...then I end up pacing around the room in circles...solving all the world's problems.
I just need to focus on one thing: ice cream

Where have all the bloggers gone?
Hello friends. Please forgive me for not keeping up with my obligation to fill you in on my boring life this week. This week seems to be filled with much more stuff than previous weeks and, most likely, the weeks to follow. Hey...wait a minute...I don't have any obligations to you or anyone else...you there!...get back to work!
But, with ACL festival coming up this weekend, I've actually been attempting to work! Yeah...imagine that. I've also started the serious quest for a roommate...I'm sure you've all heard me talk about this before, but if not, here it is: http://austin.craigslist.org/roo/42337893.html
Despite the fact that I think it's least amount of money you can possibly pay for a room in Austin(without resorting to breast feeding other people's children in commune living or sharing a closet-sized room with three and a half other people and their ferrets),I haven't gotten more than 2 reply-able responses. But, whatever...I've got time. All my response emails start off by telling them that I'm a gay, college-educated,meat-eating, smoking, pizza delivery driver who goes out every night of the week...this may have something to do with why my replies have done nothing but churned up moths...hmmmmm...I'm so damn impatient anyway.
On another pleasant note, I visited the dentist this morning for the first time in four years. Yes folks, I'm one of those nasty people who do everything in their power to avoid these sadistic sons-of-bitches (my apologies to all the dentists in the audience...keep up the good work!). He spent a good 45 minutes telling me that my "tongue stud" does a great job at cracking teeth, I have 8 cavities needing to be filled and I need a $1000 crown. Ouch....and I'm not saying that because my gums were jabbed repetitively by a small metal rod. As for the tongue stud...take that that mom and dad! I really showed you who won the teenage rebellion in the end!
Needless to say, I wasn't in the best mood most of today. I even skipped out on my regular over-talked-about bartender stalking this evening. Well, I guess it's not really stalking anymore...but you get my point.
But, I'm seriously looking forward to the weekend...it's going to be quite quite cool. Til then...

Don't worry...there's enough Pabst to go around!
Tonight, I had one of those not-frequent-enough fabulous evenings that make me so very happy to be in Austin. After a typical night at work, I went out to Ego's to experience some very fun live music.
I'd like to start off by saying that I'm torn between the live music scene here in this town. On one hand, there are so many opportunities for anybody who wants to play "whatever the fuck" at anytime. On the other hand, if you're a frequent night life patron, you maybe exposed to large doses of unsolicited shit. A lot of the time, I don't want to be overpowered by live music. But...I'll have to say...I'm really think that I'm more in favor of an environment that encourages people to find their calling...even if it ends up not being musical in nature.
So...at Ego's tonight, a friend of a friend told me she was playing...and I didn't really know what to expect. It turned out it was a very cool mix of very Austin casual guitar playing and singing. I'm not feeling creative enough to go into great detail about the whole atmosphere, but let's just say it was an all over good vibe. It was a small crowd of the "performers" (I'm only putting this in quotes because the the whole scene, although it was at a bar, totally had a feel of a bunch of peeps just hanging out and jamming) friends and everyone was truly into what was going on up on stage.
Ahhh...the whole thing was just so refreshing...it was topped off with another great Austin moment...driving home with the city lights speckling the river as the "art" under the Lamar/5th street underpass came into view. As a side not, am I the only one who is confused by meaning of the reflective blue plastic slabs?
Sometimes I just love this town.

Where do you dare me to draw the line?...
It's so very true that you learn something new everyday. I mean, it wasn't so long ago that I made the connection between the streets that are named after rivers in downtown Austin and their geographical location in Texas. It's true. Look at a map. The street names (from Guadalupe to Red River) are coordinated from east to west in the same order as they are in real life...except for Lavaca...I couldn't seem to find the river named for "the cow".
I'd go into detail, but I wouldn't want to toss another bucket of water on the already wet blanket.
O.k....so my point with that example was that I was just clued into something that I wasn't aware of four hours ago. Apparently, my prospective date may still be dealing with an ex. This may sound like no big deal, but in the world of lesbianism...it's an invitation for a "Days of Our Lives" experience. Did you see that episode where Radcliff caught Cadi during her scandalous chat room discussion with her internet lover Vanda? It was peppered with sound clips of Hall and Oat's "I Can't Go for That"...it was very subtle...you might not have caught it.
So. Although I've made my move, I am now second guessing it. I'm not sure I'm really in the mood to be a catalyst for any "final breakup"/"let's get back together" situation...sure, I do enjoy random drama...but only when I can take a step back from it and be, like..."yo'... that be some major drama...home pfone..."
Essentially, I try not to be a main character in any dramas...unless it's a movie of the week...that's where I shine!
But...the information that I've received is very minimal and I've decided that it's not going to stop anything that I've already started. We'll see if I find myself in a situation that requires the aid of a young priest and an old priest.

Whatever you do, don't look out the window...
So it goes...I said goodbye to another one of my friends last night. As far as I can tell, that's all of them for this year. I will miss him very much...he has been like an older brother to me for a few years now and I don't know what I'm going to do with out him...he was even able to employee me when I decided to up and quit my job! Damn.
Other than that, no new stories on the home front. I seem to do my best writing at 3 a.m. and , honestly, I've actually been going to bed when I get home for the past few days! Imagine that... it makes for a boring blog, but a healther Mel-a-rific.
Actually, last night, I was frightened by stories of jail time and DUI's so I opted to stay at a friend's house...and not drive. I don't make these wise decisions often, so don't praise me by any means. Granted, I do always enjoy picking up my truck in front of Katz's at noon on Saturday looking like yesterday's shit...the brunchers are too damn cheery...a little bit of me hopes I helped ruin some appetites (what can I say...the cynicism never dies).

Ok. Here it is: She said yes. It seems that a reasonable amount of bartender stalking wasn't a bad thing afterall. So...the first level of rejection was thwarted...and there's so many more to look forward to!
Next thing you know, you'll find me stuffing my face with muffins while you can hear "It's been seven hours and 15 days...." blaring (on repeat) in the background...
Nah. I'm not THAT crazy...uh, yeah. Actually, I'm just really excited. I love meeting new people...as long as their nice to me and don't poke me with sticks.
Oh. And this is where it stops as well. Anything else I say about anything from this point on is bound to get me in trouble.

My name's not Luca...and quit hitting me, bitch!
I've come to realize that writing in this blog sounds too much like Susan Vega's "Tom's Diner"...quite pointless, yet strangely compelling. From now on, I'll do my best to split my paragraph's with a number of "Duh duh duh da's"
So...maybe she was ahead of her time with the idea of writing songs about the boring intricatcies of everyday life. Here. I'll try it.
I was working this morning at this place down the street.
I was filling up the spice cups and making sure the boxes were in place
I notice there was this one guy who looked liked he wanted something.
And before I even noticed he had placed his book-bag down.
Duh duh duh da. Duh duh duh da. Duh duh duh da.
"It is always good to eat here" said the guy in khaki shorts
to me and my co-worker. We were taking phone orders.
And I looked to the coke cooler as he riffled through his wallet.
And I pretended not hear him. And instead I poured the milk.
Duh duh duh da. Duh duh duh da. Duh duh duh da.
Wait a minute. This isn't how it really goes. There's no milk at the pizza place! Ok. You caught me. I guess I'm not Susan Vega...I'll just have to live with that.
Here's the real scoop for today: The weather in central Texas was remarkable. I felt great. I was even able to give a genuine smile to the lady who was upset that her food arrived at her house too early. I guess she ordered food with the anticipation of being hungry...and didn't want it a minute sooner. Post-Labor day beer tasted wonderful...and I'm looking forward to the rest of the week. I received a wonderful postcard from Memphis and some fun news from New York. That's it. Unitl something else happens...I'll keep you informed.

Did everyone have a pleasant holiday? Did we all make sure to visit at least one service/retail outfit in order to experience the fun irony of Labor day? I did. I also had the day off of work...this is just coincidental...I always seem to have Mondays off. And then I spent the entire day painting my room-to-be and awkwardly rearranging my living room.
I also realized early last night that I had gone an entire Labor day without drinking a beer! This goes against everything I believe the white-trash holiday should be about. Labor day is one of the biannual events that justifies drinking beer before noon...the other one is the yearly camping trip. The rest of the year I just have live with the fact that I'm an alcoholic...seriously though, the drinking before noon isn't a regular occurrence (you take back your glares!)
So, even though I didn't drink beer...which I generally do everyday anyway...I did accomplish something. My house is starting to look less like a frat house/dorm room and more like...well...a home. I'm getting everything ready in order to eventually accept a new roommate. I'm selfishly moving into the bigger room and leaving my destroyed 5x5 hole for a fun new person! But, don't worry new roomie, I plan on patching up the holes and sweeping up the cat hair...

Little pink houses
Tonight I had my normal does of work, bar and after-hours hipster party. It was all fun. Multiple peeps were met...
I had a good time at the party...it made me feel that I still have some connection with the hipster community. I don't know what it is...it's not style...or music...or work...but it's something. Maybe the discount living?
Beer. It's definitely beer.
But, as I was leaving the hipster party on east 13th street, my schnazy cd player aptly shuffled to Devo's "Working in a Coal Mine". The meaning of the song was immediately brought to my attention. Did Devo ( a bunch of white college educated boys who were covering a song written for minority coal miner's who worked from 5 a.m. til 8 p.m with a 42% chance of immediate death) actually see the true meaning of the song their were playing? I mean, they also did a cover of "Satisfaction"...did they get/not get that too? I'm a huge fan of the band...so, my opinions are skewed.
And...does gentrification actually count if the people are renting and are just up and coming yuppies, but not actually quite there yet? What does this say to the people who grew up in this neighborhood and who don't have such an easily accessible out?
I don't know dude...but the rent's cheap...and the house has a perfect nook for my studio...check it, yo.

Daily does of lameness
Geeeesshhh! I don't get it. I've been eating from this one tub of cream cheese for at least three weeks now and it is still only half gone! I eat a bagel a day. And then I sometimes put it on toast for an evening snack. I even put a small bit in my scrambled eggs that I make nearly everyday. Still.
It's like it's never ending...almost magical.
It hurts me to think that it will probably grow fuzz before I am able to consume it all, so as a token of my appreciation, I'm writing it a requiem...um, inspired by the Eurythmics "Sweet Dreams"...and Weird Al...ok, so it's not original at all...just deal with it.
Cream cheese nourish me please!
Who am I to smear with such ease?
I've traveled the stores and seen groceries
Everybody agrees that you're something!
Some of them want to chew you.
Some of them want to get chewed by you.
Some of them want to consume you.
Some of them want to be consumed.
Heeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyy. Ahhhhhhaaaaa Ohhhhh....Oooooooohh
Hold your spread up!
Keep your spread up!
(smoothin' on)
Ok. So I wasn't that creative...but neither were the Eurythmics.

Rent's only $250 a month...you don't mind packing heat, do you?
I think that there's an informant on my block that told the cops about my plans to punish the trash man.
To start, I had a low key night last night...no binge drinking and spending all my money. If you don't know me, this is a very rare event. After realizing there was nothing going on anyway, I decided to stay in and watch all of Fox's late night line up...intriguing, let me tell you. Somewhere around 12:45 am and right in the middle of a particularly intense episode of Dharma and Greg, I noticed that the helicopter noise I'd been hearing outside of my house wasn't going away...
So, like any curious young female who is asking to be hacked up, I went outside to investigate.
As soon as I walked out of my front door, I was hit by a search light coming from above...and then a cop sped by heading towards the highway...and then another sped by in the opposite direction...I saw my neighbor outside and I walked over to him to ask him if he knew what the fuck was going on*. He told me that he was displeased with the police state that had our city under siege and that they do this about twice a year to keep the people frightened...and then proceeded to walk into the middle of the street to display his middle finger as the helicopter's light hit him. Yeah. That didn't really answer my question, but, o.k.
I'll shorten this story now. I never found out who/what the hell they were looking for...the cop cars and the helicopter circled my block for about 30 more minutes...all the while, not stopping to tell us to go inside (another neighbor joined us eventually) or why they were doing this.
So, now that I was scared shitless, I proceeded to go back into my house and sleep soundly with all of the lights on and my tazer placed snuggly under my pillow. Sweet dreams!
*As a side note, my neighbor is one of those conspiracy theory types...I like him for this reason, because he is always out front looking out for "suspicious" characters...and believe me, they are abound in my neighborhood.

Excuse me...but your incense stick appears to be dropping ashes on my shroud
Ok..when it comes down to it, I don't have any new topics to talk about...sorry.
But as the song "Hot Child in the City" starts playing, I am being reminded of the fact that my mother used to often sing this song when referring to her venturing into the city...later in life, I learned that this song is about a young prostitute making her living the best way she knows how...putting the two together is just a very disturbing thought.
On a more realistic note, I didn't make any more progress in redeeming myself from last night's junior high blunder. This is probably a good thing...I would most likely just make things worse. I need a few days breathing time to build my self confidence back up.
I'd also like to give props to the pizza patrons that give out $10 tips for delivering two pizzas. If this makes you feel better for making my night...by golly, it worked. Thank you! This happened a couple times tonight, and it, by far, makes my month and allows me to believe that true karma* does exist.
*as a side note, I'd like to say that I believe that the law of karma holds true on many non-monetary levels...just remember people, you get what you give and one should constantly be aware of the nature and intent of one's actions.
Jesus would agree...don't you think?

My car get's 500 hectares to 1 litre of kerosine...and that's the way I likes it!
What the hell!?! How exactly can the City of Austin Solid Waste services justify charging me a $15 new service fee when I've been living here for 10 months and all I did was switch the bill into my name? I want to see this "new" service that I will be getting for my $15.
That's it. The trash guys will be here tomorrow...early in the morning. I won't even sleep tonight...I will down about 5 shots of whiskey before I maniacally jump out of the 60-gallon trash cart and pounch on the unsuspecting city employee. I think a good headlock while shouting "It's your people that have kept Esperanto from flourishing!! It will not be repressed any longer! Rise up! Rise up!" would really get my point across..ahhh, that would be worth $15...

I like your sleeves...they're so puffy.
Dating is so damn awkward. It can, by no means, be anything natural. Two people, who found each other attractive, back in the day, probably didn't have to go through the process of:
"Hey...my friend thinks you're cute...are you seeing anyone...oh, really?...well, she wants to get your number but, she's a wuss...*oh, hey dude! I'll see you at the party...fuck yeah, bra! That chick will totally be there!* oh yeah, sorry...here's her number...oh, you don't have a pen? well, what's your number then...no, really...I'll remember it...I swear..."
I'm thinking it was more along the lines of:
"You. Me. Let's go...no? You die then. I hunt and gather." OR
"You. Me. Let's go...yes? We make small people. I hunt and gather."
Simplicity is too much to ask for...and, as we all know, makes it less fun! And, obviously, things are especially troublesome when you are the third party that is being discussed.
I, personally, like to express my desires first hand, rather than through another person. I feel too weird actually utilizing a phone number that was acquired for me through another person. Maybe I'm just not "player" enough...I don't know.
I mean, what are you supposed to say when you call the number you aquired from a friend?:
"Hey...waz up. You remember the other night when you were all trashed and you gave your phone number out to that girl you don't know? Yeah. I'm the chick that she gave it to. You wanna hang out or something?"
Ok people. As you might have deduced from the earlier statements...a subtle connection has been made between me and my stalking target...e.g. "the bartender"...a phone number has been gotten...a possible intrest has been expressed...but my actions are hung up in the concerns previously mentioned.
One more night. That's what I'm giving myself. Then actually do it myself...I'll step up and stop being a big baby...what's the worst that can happen anyhow? She'll say "fuck off" and then I'll have to stop going to my bar?
I don't know. I think I'll stick to my mentors: Joan Jett...who taught me most about not givin' a damn about my reputaton; Loverboy, who taught about not givin' a piece of my heart, until they start from the start...and the Spice Girls who taught me that:
Yo! Tell me what you want..what you really really want...I'll tell you what what I really really want...so, I'll tell ya what I really really want...I wanna...I wanna...I wanna...really, really, really wanna zigagig ah! ...If you wanna by my lover, you got to get with my friends, make it last forever...cuz, friendship never ends!

Silence is so damn noisy!
What does it sound like when two agreeable people argue?
Yeah. That's it. You've pretty much got it.
Don't get me wrong...I enjoy arguing...but only up to the point when friendly sides start becoming hostile sides. I guess that's about the time to take a breather....wheeewww...
I'd let you into to what the argument was about if I could even put a finger on it myself. But, oh so many tiffs end up this way! I guess it tests the bonds of friendship...and by the way...I love you no matter what! Hah. Take that. You can't stop me.
*by the way, while we're on the bland subject, is anyone else having Internet Explorer issues with my blog? The layout is messed up on my computer, but not with my other browsers...just IE. Shout out if you've also noticed this.
