Austin's Lesbo BBQ

So it goes...I said goodbye to another one of my friends last night. As far as I can tell, that's all of them for this year. I will miss him very much...he has been like an older brother to me for a few years now and I don't know what I'm going to do with out him...he was even able to employee me when I decided to up and quit my job! Damn.

Other than that, no new stories on the home front. I seem to do my best writing at 3 a.m. and , honestly, I've actually been going to bed when I get home for the past few days! Imagine that... it makes for a boring blog, but a healther Mel-a-rific.

Actually, last night, I was frightened by stories of jail time and DUI's so I opted to stay at a friend's house...and not drive. I don't make these wise decisions often, so don't praise me by any means. Granted, I do always enjoy picking up my truck in front of Katz's at noon on Saturday looking like yesterday's shit...the brunchers are too damn cheery...a little bit of me hopes I helped ruin some appetites (what can I say...the cynicism never dies).
