Embrace the future, now!
Ok....so I made it through the weekend without having to resort to anti-depressants (unless you count beer) and now it's time to catch up on some much needed rest.
My brain is on minimal function mode...but, I will leave you with this optimistic thought: Dippin Dots. You know, the ice cream of the future? I think it may actually be the future now. While in Destin, I saw a Dippin Dots vending machine. Yes! That's right! Soon we won't have to wait to go to the mall or the water park to enjoy these novel little balls of goodness! There is hope after all.
